I have been in KR3TS for almost a year now. I did not join as a dancer of many years, but as a student that wanted to learn to become one. What I didn't expect to find was a family within the company. I plan tostay a part of this family for a long time. In fact, it was the family that gave me the name "China Doll". During the performance at Aaron Davis Hall I was frequently told that I look like a china doll with the makeup I had on. Then they decided to keep that name permanently.

I am currently in my third year of college. I am studying English and Secondary Education was well as Spanish. Not only do I go to school, but I work full-time. I try to keep a balance of all the work by doing what I love. My passions are singing and writing poetry. I have been doing both for numerous years. Through both of these art forms, I express my deepest emotions. However, with the time spent in the dance company, I'm finally doing something that I was never able to finish because I chose to sing instead. Dance. I thank God for this opportunity given unto me. All because of KR3TS, I have been chosen to do my first commercial with KSwiss. With this, I strive to do so much more. I aspire to be something great. If not a singer, face model or actress, then as a teacher for high school students, to inspire my students and show them how important it is to Keep Rising To The Top against all odds.
